Leads creative development across pre-production, production, and post shaping treatments and storyboards, hiring and directing crews, and translating client strategy into cinematic execution. Manages budgets, schedules, and technical standards while overseeing edit, color grading, motion graphics, and sound to ensure creative continuity and delivery quality. Implements scalable workflows for remote review and localization, performs final QC on masters and deliverables, and mentors the production and post teams to maintain efficiency and artistic excellence.
