Sunlyte Productions

Video Production for SF Tech Week

Give the people who missed your event a clear explanation of what mattered. Sunlyte Productions plans event video coverage, founder interviews, product demonstrations, and edits for the places the work needs to live.

Start with your event date and what you need someone to understand afterward. We will review the capture choices and availability before a written scope confirms the crew, delivery, and cost.

What We Produce

Explain the product

A founder explanation, readable screen capture, and the product in use. Agree the workflow and technical reviewer before recording.

Plan this coverage

Preserve the conversation

Panels, talks, and scheduled interviews with an agreed audio plan. Identify overlapping moments and off-the-record segments in the run of show.

Plan this coverage

Support the follow-up

Approved excerpts and supporting footage for LinkedIn, a product page, or a relevant conversation. Scope formats, captions, versions, and review.

Plan this coverage

Choose the moments before the cameras

Start with what someone who missed the event should understand. A speaker's answer, a readable product workflow, and a scheduled founder interview need different capture plans. A private conversation may call for no recording at all.

Use the run of show to rank the essential moments and identify overlap. Agree an audio feed and test window with the venue or AV provider. Give interviews a quiet location, a subject, and an agreed time instead of leaving them for the end of the event.

What to send, and what happens next

Use the event inquiry below to share the date, the needed coverage, and the first deadline if you know it. Include the location and overlapping moments in the brief. Budget is optional for this event inquiry.

The brief lets a producer review availability and recommend the capture responsibilities: the priority coverage, any separate interview or editing window, and the handoffs between teams. A written scope confirms the crew, deliverables, review process, delivery dates, and cost before a booking is confirmed.

Send Your Event Brief

Share the event date, needed coverage, and first deadline if known. Budget is optional. We will review scope and availability before confirming a booking.

Common Questions

Are you an official SF Tech Week partner?

No. Sunlyte Productions is an independent production company based in San Francisco. Production scope is arranged with the commissioning host or team; we are not the event organizer.

Can you cover an event at short notice?

Sometimes. It depends on the date, the location, and what you need. Send the details and we will check availability before we recommend anything.

How fast do we get the first clips?

That depends on the scope. Tell us the date you need the first clip, and the written scope will state what we can deliver by then.

Do you provide staging, AV, or event management?

No. We are the video crew. The venue or your AV provider runs the stage and the sound system; we record from it and cover the rest with our own equipment.

Is the work only for Tech Week?

No. The same crew produces launch films, founder interviews, and product videos in San Francisco all year. See our San Francisco video production page for that work.
