Objective

Dive into the heart of CrossFit Alinea to capture the raw energy and vibrant spirit of its community and training!

About This Project

CrossFit Alinea's product is its community — the energy of a class in progress is the pitch. Sunlyte Productions shot a brand documentary capturing exactly that: three films and a ten-image still set built from real training sessions, not staged demonstrations.

For a gym, this content does the work a tour does: a prospective member can feel the room before walking into it. The films carry the intensity; the stills give the brand a library for social and web.

The three films split the story deliberately: the training experience, the coaching, and the community — so the gym can lead with a different message per channel while every piece still feels like the same brand.

Our Approach

Beshoy Saad edited, operated camera, and colored; Michael Sullivan shot second camera and photographed. Two cameras moving through live classes meant real moments covered from two angles — the raw material honest documentary work needs.

The edit keeps the pace of the training floor, and the grade holds the gym's actual atmosphere rather than flattening it into a generic fitness look.
